Responsibilities:

To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
To coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities at project site and the delivery of materials.
Checks and limit the wastage of materials for the project
Works with subcontractors for proper execution of work
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively liaise and interact with clients, site agents, subcontractors, suppliers and all levels of staff
Able to work independently and within tight deadlines
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Remuneration will commensurate according to the experience.
