The client is a Multi-National IT solutions and Consulting Company whose presence spans over 60 countries across six continents spanning various sectors, including engineering and product development, supply chain management, client relationship management, business process management and business intelligence. Mandatory Skills: At least 10+ years experience in Project Management in BFSI Domain Proficiency in Java/ .NET technologies Experience in management of a large Onsite-offshore team At least 3 years of experience in Investment Banking PMP Skills Desired skills: Experience in Trading platforms, German knowledge, German project experience. Compensation: Negotiable Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for: • Manage and execute an end-to-end project cycle in BFSI domain • Guiding a large team in Java/ .NET Technologies • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. • Onsite-offshore team management • Minimizes exposure and risk on project • Develop full-scale project plans, technical design documents and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.. • Tracks and reports team status and plans progress ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A VALID WORK PERMIT FOR GERMANY NEED APPLY.
