Job description:
Our Client a leading multinational company with business interests in Gulf, Europe and Pakistan and headquartered in Islamabad is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take care of all operations of the organization. A graduate civil engineer from reputable national/international university with an experience of 15- 20 years, preferably working with multinational conglomerates. Candidates having MBA degree from national/international universities along with experience of handling mega construction projects high rise buildings will be preferred. Reporting directly to the President of group, CEO in close partnership with the Board of Directors will develop a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization in order to advance and realize fruition of the organization's mission and vision. Concurrently, he/she will implement the Core Values of the organization as they provide daily oversight to operations, ensuring quality service, cost-effective management of resources and future success.
