Job description:
The SAP BI Developer is responsible for: o Assist in building/implementing/enhancing and supporting SAP BI processes to meet the on?going and future information and analytical needs of the organization. o Activities will include creation of data objects required for reporting, such as ODS objects and InfoCubes. o Responsible for performance testing and tuning of reports and all data extraction techniques. o Build process chains to load data, monitor production loads and trouble?shoot on failed data loads. o Interface with internal / external customers and ensure provision of timely, secure and accurate management information reports using various mechanisms including BEX Broadcasting, Web and Enterprise Portal o Thorough understanding of SAP BI 7.0 o Knowledge of SAP BI data modeling and high level architecture design o Experience in BEx Reporting and query development o Experience in configuration and mapping of business processes and data into meaningful business KPIs o Data warehousing and data?mart design experience o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Ability to work in team?oriented environment o At least one full SAP BW life cycle implementation desired o Familiarity with Sales / Distribution or FMCG environment is beneficial o SAP BW 3.5+ certification would be a plus. o ABAP experience is desirable
