Job Profile: Primary responsibilities are troubleshooting technical problems clients may encounter using the organization’s services, diagnose and resolve, diagnose and resolve conflicts and congestion issues, and advise our customers on the use of services. Technical Support personnel are also responsible for providing first class initial support for non-technical inquiries and escalations coming from business customers. They can use the organization’s database and other database tools/ trouble ticket system to manage and track issues and escalations in accordance with service level agreements. Support tasks include interpreting contractual obligations, process adherence, customer migrations, and site administration functions. He/She must be a team player capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment. Candidate Profile: The incumbent should have proven MS .NET skill with more than 3 years relevant experience and needs to have knowledge about or expertise on all or most of the following: • Providing 2nd and/or 3rd line support to the user population. • Methods and Techniques of Software Engineering • Updating Technical designs • Developing applications • Service oriented focus and flexible attitude • In dependable and accurate worker • Excellent communication skills • Excellent MS SQL Server >=2005 knowledge and experience. • Proven MS Classic ASP developer experience • Functional and developer experience of Microsoft Share Point 2007 • Methods and Techniques of Software Engineering • Specialized in Web development (ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, AJAX, C#) • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (2005/2008) • Experienced in working under N-tier applications.
