| Job description: |
Our Client, a leading bank in Asia, with a global network of over 500 offices, provides a full range of financial services ranging from personal financial services, private banking, corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance, capital market activities, treasury services, futures broking, asset management, venture capital management to insurance. For its growing China market, it is now seeking a seasoned, strategic and astute business leader to head its China loans team.
China Secured Loan Head
(Based in Shanghai)
This is a business and people leadership role with a full Profit & Loss accountability for the Chinas market in mortgage business. Key functions include:
Managing both product development and sales distribution of mortgage sales for China market.
Developing strong networks of foreign/local key developers and referral agents.
Leading and implementing revenue growth strategies for mortgage portfolios including managing NPL, delinquent account collections; new product innovations, pricing, sales & sales support unit management and compliance.
Building and energizing a highly responsive, disciplined and motivated sales team with the necessary competencies to generate business requirements. |
