Skills:	To move into this position you will bring at least 2 years experience gained in a similar role in a luxury international environment. You will have experience in buffet/all day dining as well as experience with Malay/Thai food and at least 4 years Food and Beverage experience. You will hold a Hotel School Degree or diploma and be familiar with working in a multicultural environment
Job description:
Beachcombers' blends Far Eastern cuisine with a dash of Asian culinary flair which has resulted in a menu that is overflowing with mouth-watering dishes. Guests may dine on the deck overlooking the expanse of the awe-inspiring Arabian Sea whilst enjoying tantalizing gastronomic delights and taking in the panoramic views of the beach and the stunning Burj Al Arab. The bar offers a laid back feel of sun drenched cocktails and evening sunsets. Working as the Outlet Manager you will oversee the operation of Beachcomber and be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the outlet including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales; Managing all operational issues ensuring JI and JBH Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F & B objectives as detailed in the F& B Department Performance Plan; Actively implementing strategies to increase the market share of the outlet; Identifying market needs and trends in terms of food for both hotel guests and local market, and monitoring and analysing the menus of competitive restaurants.
