We offer a new business model, out-tasking, to a well established outsourcing, multi-sourcing and network integration market place. We are now looking to recruit Cisco 1st & 2nd Line Network Support Engineers to work variable shift patterns within our new Global Network Operations Centre based in Brno, Czech Republic. We are also looking for Cisco Engineers with language skills such as French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian. Duties will include: - Creation of trouble tickets for customers and taking ownership of faults through to resolution - Ensuring any fauly is cleared withn required SLA, escalating faults as required in order to meet the SLA - Liaison with field engineers and customers in relation to fault resolution and monitor and control the repair process - Instigate management and technical escalation procedures as laid down in the nscglobal escalation procedure.
