Job description:
1. Provide a broad portfolio of business and technology solution to help corporate clients improve their business performance using mobile messaging or mobile marketing

2. Develop and implement business strategies to support the agreed budget and profit forecast for the Retail Business Unit.

3. Proactively generate and maximise revenue

4. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development

5. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local and regional mobile messaging market, customer insights and trends in order to determine the most effective partnership priorities and strategies

6. Recruit, manage and inspire a top performing sales team

7. Demonstrate a solid understanding of mobile messaging

8. Plan and manage sales resources according to agreed budgets

9. Develop and service a strong clientele base by proposing, presenting and closing of sales, channel sales or corporate account.

10. Close interaction with both clients and business partners for feedbacks after sales delivery

11. Feed back market developments to the Marketing division ensure Radius product portfolio remains competitive and up to date

12. Inform clients and partners of new services and/or products as they are announced or released

13. Close interaction with internal working teams and recommend most effective solutions to cater for the strategic needs.

14. Provide Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue forecasts, and deviation reports

15. Prepare for and participate in Weekly Sales Update calls with the team and GM of Business Unit

16. Provide regular management reports on key aspects of the partnerships and their performance

17. Work closely with Finance and other support organisations to ensure an effective minimal risk Accounts Receivable from customers and in the processing of payments of sales commission and revenue share with sales agents and terminating carrier partners in accordance with our legal obligations

18. Work closely with the CEO and Head of Technology in the establishment of a viable network infrastructure to support the services business model and price offering
