French Speaking International Tax Senior
The Client
My client, a multinational Big 4 Accounting Firm is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced professional for its Tax Advisory Services practice to support recent growth in this area.
The Candidate
If your expertise lies in providing tax advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions or transaction advice and international tax to key global players, this could be the role for you.
The Role
Playing an integral part of this International Tax Group, you will provide tax expertise to multinational corporations, encompassing:
• Advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well s financing and holding activities
• Tax and strategic transaction advice in particular to Private Equity Funds & Real Estate Funds
• Tax structuring advice (local and cross border)
• Pre and post completion tax planning
• International tax due diligence
• Review of sales and purchase documentation from a tax perspective
As a member of this team of tax professionals, offering a multidisciplinary approach to their clients, you will demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of complex tax concepts enabling you to:
Manage and develop relationships with portfolio companies highlighting tax planning opportunities
• Analyse potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly
• Participate in structuring large transactions relating to strategic acquisitions and divestitures, as part of a multidisciplinary team (attorneys, CFO's, corporate directors, accountants and tax professionals)
• Develop internal relationships within the company's international network with other tax and financial professionals
• Manage client service teams and contribute to people development
