Skills: • Planning and implementation of sales programs for all the LOW CURRENT SYSTEMS offered:  Security- CCTV/Access Control/parking Management Systems  Traffic monitoring and surveillance equipments and road safety equipments • Responsible for managing sales department and all of their resources to ensure all sales goals and objectives are accomplished on time and with best results • Develop annual sales forecast for the company • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFQ (request for quotation) responses. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Job Requirement: • Bachelors or Masters Degree on any related field (electronics & communications and transportation/traffic/ road technologies) • 5-7 years of experience in sales management. • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. • Strong interaction with customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
