Telesales Officers (Bangkok) Responsibilities: • Make out-bound calls to a list of English-speaking clients • Make clear, concise written notes and organize data • Maintain positive attitude and pleasant speaking voice • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues internal and external to the department to enhance seamless delivery of service to the customer • Contribute to the achievement of team targets and wider business objectives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any fields, or equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service experience • Strong service mind and have an optimistic point of view • Good computer and interpersonal skill • Able to speak/write English to a very high degree is mandatory • Ability to work under pressure • Work afternoons/evenings M-F part-time or full-time • Hours: 2:30pm to 10:30pm • Part-time flex hours possible also • Thai nationals only, sorry can’t provide enough work permits at this time for foreigners • Experience is a plus + with Accor, Visa, Master card, tourism industry others…. • Students welcome as long as you meet the above requirements • Contact Scott 0870701683 if interested and have a desire to make money • High salary for the right person with strong English abilities talking on the phone • Training provided Come join our family
