Job description:
Assessment & Selection:
- Potential applications determination
- Paper test examination arrangement and administration
- Candidates shortlist and summary profiles
Organize and facilitate final selection by Panel Selection Interview:
- Preparation of candidates’ documents and interview tools
- Appointment, scheduling, venue reservation, registration and reception
- Conclusion facilitation and follow-up

Employment Approval and Administration:
Proceed employment approval and administration as per the established guidelines/formats:
- Pre-employment check-up and criminal record clearance
- Arrival arrangement and coordination with concerned persons/departments and inductions program organizing and conduction
- Verifying & ensuring completion of required documents and administrative forms.

Applications Management and Database:
Evaluate and classify applications as per established criteria. Update and maintain computerized database and hard files
Keep contact with potential candidates and properly respond to the unsuccessful candidates
