We are representing our client, an established Interior Designing Company based in Belgium. Due to the business expansion, the following position is offered to professionals who are keen to work in the interior designing field.

Requirements:
a) Min Diploma from a respectable Arts & Design school
b) Min 3 years experience in Interior Design industry
c) Preferred w/ Class 3 driving License
d) Experience in handing job site for both commercial & residential project
e) Bilingual speaker- English & Mandarin (As job nature need to liaise with Mandarin speaking contractors)
f) Able to perform free hand sketches
g) Well versed in Auto-cad & 3D Max
h) Mature individual and able to work with minimum supervision.
i) Strong inter-personal skill and confident in presenting ideas and being creative

Job scopes:
a) In-charge of the present design team (which comprise of 2 designers) in conceptualise and designing, include color co-ordination and space planning
b) Meeting with client, contractors and suppliers
c) Presentation to client
d) Handing of job site
