The Client
Our client is a Fortune 500 and one of the leading manufacturers of household products, domestically and internationally.
The Job
The Incumbent is responsible for leading the Marketing function of a brand(s). Be responsible for developing highly effective marketing and advertising programs that are based on deep consumer understanding. Leads the development of plans to deliver the brand's portion of the business unit's annual volume and profit commitments, and to maximize the brand's long-term potential. Orchestrates the efforts of all functions to deliver on these plans. Shares responsibility for delivering the brand's volume and profit commitments with his/her functional counterparts. As a member of Marketing management, the Brand Manager/Marketing Manager is responsible for developing world-class Marketing personnel, and for contributing to corporate, functional and business unit initiatives.
Ensure the development and execution of highly effective advertising and marketing programs, which leverage a deep understanding of the consumer to create a competitive advantage. Contribute to the Brand's strategic planning process by developing strategies and programs that maximize the brand's long-term potential. Lead the Brand's annual planning process by developing strategies and programs to achieve fiscal year volume and profit goals. Build a world-class marketing organization by developing the skills of Brand personnel. |
