Currently, SALUTA VENTURES is in search of qualified individuals for the following position:
- ICT Customer Service Operators (all countries)
ICT Customer Service Operators will be responsible for managing and supporting clients and conducting follow-up on service calls.
ONLINE SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An online Service Management System to manage all service calls, clients, employees, parts, invoice tracking and simple accounts receivable. The database application will have web based front-end and MSSQL back-end. The Server side coding will perform the entire automated request such as job status, updates and assignment of jobs to the correct technical service representative. The database will store information on Employees, Service Orders (jobs), Parts Request / Ordering and simple Receivable data. Technicians will be placed in work zones and assigned jobs based on their specialty.
