Specific Job Skills:
Able to communicate and motivate. Understands the principles of marketing and cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience of managing school/university/collage Society activities useful.
Business and Selling Skills:
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing customers. Ideal background would be in business support services; experience of banking and insurance industries would be particularly helpful. Experience of tenders would also be useful.
Management Ability:
Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and managing support telesales staff. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.

| Job description: |
One of the fastest growing and largest financial institution in Malaysia is inviting suitable candidates to join the group as Part/Full time Financial-Saving Division Trainer (Female).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solicit and promote maximum sales of products.
- Promote campaigns and drive to achieve individuals and team.
- Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the financial institution @ Bank/insurance.
- Responsible for making sales calls to introduce and promote saving products.
-Manage customer's enquiries on saving products/services
-Achieving sales and team sales targets
-Candidates with a proven track record in Telesales/Telemarketing/Sales are strongly encourage to apply
- Prepared to work in fast-paced, sales driven and rewarding environment.
- Confident and good time management and organizational skills.
Job Description:
- Closing sales with corporate clients.
- Ensure sales target are met.
Job Requirements:
- Female, Aged between 19 - 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma holder in PR, Hotel Management and Marketing or specialization
- At least 1 year part time experience in promoter sales or any sales exposure
- Speaks fluent Chinese
- Willing to work hard and meet the given target
- Must be go getter, strong personality, focused driven

Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well presented and businesslike. Personal Situation:
Must be mature and domestically secure.. Able to commute reliably to office base. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. May be striving financially but not desperate or in serious debt.
