Skills:	• Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Sanitary) or equivalent. • Knowledgeable in local engineering codes and international building codes • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related engineering and construction field is required for this position, with at least a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. • Fluent in written and spoken business English. • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office programs and web-based communications (Skype) • Willing to travel within the country to inspect various projects • Able to drive and has a valid driver’s license
Job description:
ResoluteCM, LLC (www.resolutecm.com) is a focused construction management and construction inspection services firm, providing owners and project managers with professional construction management services worldwide. ResoluteCM, LLC gives commercial and selected governmental agencies the dedicated independent third-party construction management and inspection services needed to monitor and manage for success the largest and most challenging construction programs and projects. We are currently looking for experienced, flexible and dynamic QA Engineers for various Humanitarian Projects in Cambodia. The following tasks shall be performed by the successful applicant: • Preparation of the companies QA manual • Control and the distribution of all the companies’ quality documentation • Monitor all quality related activities on the project • Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. • Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. • Attend client quality management meetings • The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. • Monitor the disposition of all issued non conformance reports. • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. • Recommend and implement improvements when required. • Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the contractor’s site QC manager • Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives. • Monitor statistical method reporting. • Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project.
