Skills: Experience: -7 years of recruiting/human resources experience, with 2-4 years management or team lead background -Strong relationship management skills to create a positive hiring and candidate experience -Proven track record of successfully implementing recruiting programs and initiatives -A strong understanding of human resources programs, policies and practices; specifically those related to recruitment and workplace diversity. -Pro-active leader with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage commitments effectively in order to successfully achieve multiple, competing priorities. -Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to achieve common goals -Exceptional negotiation, communication and influencing skills -Strong people management experience, coaching skills and demonstrated commitment to developing people -Undergraduate degree in business or finance preferred -Must have an RMI+ Certification or working towards RMI+ certification -Experience with applicant tracking systems is an asset
Job description:
Our client, a dynamic organization is seeking a Recruiting Manager. The position reports into the Director of HR and will lead a team of 2 senior recruitment consultants and 2 recruitment co-coordinators to develop and implement effective recruitment programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will create and maintain strong relationships and act as a subject matter expert in internal and external recruiting and take recruitment to the next level.

Responsibilities:

-Overall responsibility for the quality and execution of internal and external recruitment activities
-Develop and implement effective recruitment practices, programs and tools
-Act as a subject matter expert on internal and external recruiting and experienced in process re-engineering.
-Consult with hiring managers to understand business strategies and workforce plans
-Manage relationships with hiring managers, internal/external candidates and recruitment vendors
-Lead and develop employees on the recruiting team
-Improve quality and cost efficiencies in the recruitment process
-Source, implement and maintain ATS applicant tracking system
- Lead the creation and design of recruiting materials, including the content for website
