Skills: The Candidate The successful Candidate must be a Degree holder in Textile Technology or equivalent; minimum 10 years solid compliance experience in garment manufacturing sector and minimum 3 years at supervisory level. Possess good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills, assertive but tactful, with strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with internal and external parties at all levels. Strong sense of ownership and be able to follow through work processes. Proficient in writing and speaking English and Chinese, reasonable Mandarin skills would be an advantage. Frequent travel to the PRC and overseas is required.

The Client

Our Client is a Hong Kong listed and one of the leading apparel manufacturing company in Asia.


The Job

The Incumbent will establish, implement and monitor all compliance and internal control policies, procedures and standards in the Company factories in China and the overseas. Handle major and exceptional compliance specific issues and conduct internal audits to ensure the Company factories meet related compliance requirements. Establish, review and develop Corporate compliance systems, control procedures and identify proper, actionable measures for future enhancement. Regularly compile and present compliance reports to management and customers. Plan, host, coordinate and develop compliance specific training programs internally.
