| Assessment of credit worthiness of corporate and institutional clients. Establishment of procedures to maintain client records regarding payment history. Approve/deny prospective clients' credit/special payment terms applications. Assist legal entity with accounts collection in compliance with court orders and direction from company's lawyer, company president, and District Operations Manager. Audit and follow-up of business premises compliance with State, City, and County ordinances: fire safety, hazardous conditions, insurance, etc. Assess corporate and individual previous performance, reputation, and professional worthiness/standing of services contractors to be hired by the entity as independent resources. Review, audit, and follow-up on execution of contracted services in regard to expenses, timing, and overall compliance. Maintain accounting records of all financial transactions in which the company is involved. Provide periodical accounting/financial analysis of corporate operations as they progress to correct or improve deviations from proposed budgets. Prepare a biweekly "financial progress report" of operational cost accounting including analysis/recommendations. Establish and maintain accounting system to track sales commissions, tax withholdings, end of year tax withholdings, bank accounts auditing, percentage of commissions allocated to sales personnel. Audit and authorize payments involving employees' expense accounts. Monitoring, tracking, and follow-up on shared commissions with other companies. Prepare a monthly summary analysis/report of next-month projected income and expenses. Consultation with financial institutions seeking to secure. Optimal lending/financing conditions. |
