| Job description: |
Duties and Responsibilities
• Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
• Perform bookkeeping services.
• Calculate and prepare checks for utilities, taxes and other payments.
• Debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using Quickbooks
• Operate computers programmed with Quickbooks to record, store, and analyze information.
• Operate calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
• Preparation of Annual Alphabetical Listings of Employees
• Preparation of Journal and Adjusting Entries
• Preparation and Analysis of Accounts Receivable Aging
• Maintaining the Accounts Payable Subsidiaries
• Prepare Integrity of Check Disbursement
• Prepare the Books of Accounts (CDB, CRB, SB, JB & GL)
• Preparation of Summary List of Sales and Purchases (BIR RELEIF)
• Comply with government and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Perform other related tasks and general office work that may be assigned from time to time.
