| Responsibilities:
•Sales Administration Processes
•Sales Order Booking; receive and qualify customer POs, Check POs against allocation and book customer orders in to ERP system (QAD), send Sales Order confirmation to the customers within specified time scales, update existing sales order as required-submit weekly reports on all the orders due to be shipped the following week etc.
•Customer RMA handling including assigning RMA nos from ERP system, entering RMA's in ERP system, flag all the open RMA'a and get them closed in timely manner
•Handle Call (outbound/inbound) and Email inquiries from customers in Europe
•Respond to customer inquiries, initiate outbound contacts to address leads
•Log all calls into customer relationship management system and process leads captured via web entry forms
•Quality leads via phone screen by asking a series of questions to customer
Requirements:
US-based Clients
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): Internet Savvy, English Proficient, Good Voice Quality.
•Preferred skill(s): Customer Satisfaction focus, above average IQ, quick-learner.
•Required language(s): English and/or Spanish & French
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
•Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Europe
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•4-5 years customer service experience gained from reputable call center
•Superior written and oral communication and collaborations skills, and can deal angry or frustrated customers
•Knowledge of and experience with European continent, geography, customs and general business parameters
•Ability to speak one or more of the following: Spanish, Italian, Greek, French, Portuguese, German
•Excellent listening and comprehensive skills for complex issues, while managing at least 3 simultaneous computer applications
•Demonstrated commitment to end customer
•Demonstrated ability to effectively multi task technical issues and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline
•Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
Preferred:
•Demonstrated use of online tools and applications to enhance the customer service
•Knowledge of Solar energy or experience with photovoltaics manufacturing
