Requirements for Events and PR Officer
• Female
• Defines, plans, and implements, company events and coordinates communication and PR according to business outreach objectives
•Will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, management and supervision, implementation and evaluation of company-approved wine events, programs and activities as its event coordinator
• Coordinates all phases of event organization (marketing, advertising, PR, logistics, coordination with and selection of suppliers)
• Preparation of budgets for the planned events and wine activities
• Prepares pre and post evaluation reports of activities and wine events
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, highly-motivated, hardworking, customer-based and result-oriented
• Experience in luxury brands, products and services is an advantage
