| Detailed Requirements:
•At least one (1) year of outbound call center experience or equivalent to the aforementioned experience.
•Skill in outbound sales closing.
•Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
•Ability to act quickly, rebut and go for the close.
•Ability to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
•Ability to work in a time critical environment.
•Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
•Ability to multi task and independently manage and follow through with pending customer transactions.
•Must be self-motivated, have strong and aggressive personality and never takes “NO” for an answer.
•Good understanding of MS Windows XP operating system.
•Good understanding of MS Office 97 to 2003; and
•Good understanding of MS Outlook or other email systems.
