• Annual budgeting for the following:
: projected sales revenue
: operational expenditures
: capital expenditures
: projected cash flow
• Monitor budget and operational discrepancies, P&L
• Coordinating banking transaction
• Budget projections for investment and development planning
• Cash flow management
