|
My client is a major real estate developer with an impressive array of residential and commercial properties in the Middle East.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the Treasury function by managing the working capital and ensuring availability of short-term funding mechanisms for the company to carry out its operations
Reporting monthly financial performance and MIS reports to the management.
Dealing with banks and Group Treasury on day to day matters
Analysing monthly/ad hoc treasury reporting
Analysing daily and weekly cash position.
Monitor loan and covenant register with term sheets, loan payment schedules etc;
Monitor bank account operations through efficient and continuous bank liaising, maintain bank account portfolio, bank account access administration, new account opening as well as execute related portfolio management functions;
Formulating budgets and financial forecasts / outlooks.
Monitoring & reporting contracts / projects profitability & costing.
Contracts administration & support involving contracts with customers, vendors & principals.
Managing audits and handling all audit requirements.
Responsible for all finance, accounting, banking, insurances, Accounts receivable & payable, sales order processing, purchases, stock control, warehousing, logistics & administration activities through a team of accounts.
Assigning and managing job priorities of the department staff.
Supervising the Accounts & Administration staff.
Required Skills
Able to analyse situation and provide useful insight for management decision-making
Good financial information data understanding to carry out the job and decision-making
Qualification & Experience
CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent degree in Finance.
Minimum of 10 years experience in, 5 years of which in a large organization, ie diversified local group.
Treasury/Corporate Finance experience from large organization i.e. diversified local group
Expertise in risk management.
Relevant experience in accounting standards. |
