| An Investment Company with their primary investment vehicle being Real Estate are on the hunt for an Investment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding company.
The consultants deal with high net worth clients that express their interest in the products available. Consultants work very closely with their clients and build a strong working relationship to build profitable real estate investment portfolios. Consultants cover the entire sales process themselves, from introduction to closing, to chasing in the business and then maintaining that client as their own personal client to retrade with. This is a high paced and target driven environment, we look for strong, confident, tenacious and dynamic individuals that specialise in closing! The earning potential is fantastic as there are uncapped commissions available coupled with a generous basic.
Requirements:
Graduates are good but a degree isn't essential- however basic education is of course required with pass grades at G.C.S.E level.
Basic knowledge of computer programs and working with a database required.
Experience in a sales roles is essential, especially telesales. Candidates with a financial background, timeshare, trading in stocks and shares etc and car sales are favoured.
Tenacious, enthusiastic and money hungry attitude.
Professional in appearance and attitude- especially as company dress code is full corporate business attire at all times.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as this role is purely telephone based.
Able to talk knowledgeably about investment products, so you will need to be able to grasp concepts quickly and thoroughly, including revision and evening study time on the product knowledge and up and coming projects.
The environment in the sales room is pressurised and can be loud and at times meaning consultants need to sell in a bullish and hard sales manner. Therefore successful consultants need to thrive under pressure and be of a strong personality.
