| 1)Test Engineer:
Responsibilities
• Understanding functional and application requirements and perform functional and technical test execution activities.
• Produce test specification documents, such as test requirements, test conditions and test cases/scripts for all testing projects.
• Capture and track all defects found during testing, and to work with the project or application team to resolve those defects in a timely manner, and perform regression test after defect resolution.
• Record, capture and summarizing all test results that are observed during the various test phases. If required, perform analysis on the results to determine if the application has passed the testing.
• Produce updated defect logs on a daily and/or weekly basis, whichever required by the reporting team manager/lead.
Requirements
• Having 2-3 years experience in Internet Mobile Banking / Mainframe system. (With testing experience is preferred)
• Good process skill - able to understand and follow test processes/standards
• Good writing and communication skills - able to record defects correctly and communicate project/application team
• Fast learner - able to learn up new function or system within the shortest time given
• Team player - able to work independently or in a team and share knowledge with others
Quality with initiative - able to deliver as per assigned with the reporting manager and willing to deliver for "extra miles"
Reports to: Team Lead / Project Manager
2) Test Lead:
Responsibilities
• Engage and Manage test projects by working closely with the project/application team, and understand project requirements
• Ensure engaged projects and/or application teams comply with the company testing processes and standards
• Produce Test Strategy/test plans as per agreed scope of work with the project/application team
• Accountable for assigned project deliverables, including test reporting (test statistics, measurement, etc) to the reporting manager when required
• Manage test resources for the team.
• Identify and manage all testing risks and issues arising from the test projects
Requirements
• Good planning and time management skill - able to plan and manage tasks and activities.
• Able to work under pressure and multi tasking.
• Good communication skills - able to communicate effectively with the project team, and translate the requirements down to team members
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills - able to analyse test results and understand the issues, if any.
• Good technical and testing skill - able to decide/know what type pf testing is needed
• Project estimation skill - able to estimate test effort and present on manday format
• Minimum supervision required - able to resolve issues whichever within the authority area
• Team player - able to share knowledge with all members
At least 3 - 5 years testing and/or team management experience
3)Test Manager:
Responsibilities
• Engage and Manage test projects by working closely with the project/application team, and understand project requirements
• Ensure engaged projects and/or application teams comply with the company testing processes and standards
• Produce Test Strategy/test plans as per agreed scope of work with the project/application team
• Accountable for assigned project deliverables, including test reporting (test statistics, measurement, etc) to the reporting manager when required
• Manage test resources and allocation for the entire test cycles
• Identify and manage all testing risks and issues arising from the test projects
• Manage team and resources in terms of project delegation, to ensure utilization of resources with respect to the skill set
• Responsible for team's skill and career development
