| Responsibilities:
The CRM Business/Systems Analyst should have a skill set to span both the business and technical project tasks for CRM. Their initial function is to assist in gathering and developing the business requirements for the Customer Relationship Management system. This individual should ideally have a background in sales, marketing and customer management in order to help the business develop requirements that are in line with CRM.
Overall, the CRM Business/Systems Analysts job is to interpret the users desires into system requirements and assist the business team in integrating the new system into the users work environment. After the high-level design, the CRM Business/Systems Analyst will work with the programming staff to ensure the design of the system meets the documented requirements and process flows. After the programmers develop the system, the CRM Business/Systems Analyst will lead the testing of the functionality, and work with the users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Systems Development Life Cycle,
Experience with CRM
Excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analysis and design skills.
Proficient in English
Unit, systems, acceptance and regression testing experience
Experience with business process flow analysis and documentation techniques
Strong experience with structured analysis and design
Preferred skill(s): Insurance background.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Technology Park Malaysia.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
