| We are looking for Technical Lead with good communication skills, interested in leading teams that build end-to-end business solutions for the retail industry; with state-of-the-art usability, international support, security and integration with services and applications.
Work Location: Gurgaon
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years, including 1-2 years of Project Leadership
Job Profile:
Drives a project from project initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on technical and business matters.
Creates and reviews multiple functional specifications that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
Organizes cross functional activities and drives both development and test ensuring completion of the feature on schedule and within budget constraints. Researches, designs, writes and develops documentation for software products and technologies.
Works with other project leads, project managers, software design and test engineers to ensure quality, usefulness and accuracy of software implementation.
Applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering and statistical analysis.
Additional Qualifications:
· Experience with software cycles and proven accomplishment as a driver in this arena is required.
· Experience with Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture and Design.
· Experience with Team Management skills, including motivation and mentoring experience are essential.
· Management skills required, including ability to work within a budget and direct multiple projects.
· Understanding of XML, SOAP, .NET Framework, C#, and other technologies highly preferred, and at least 1-2 years of experience in project management or equivalent required.
· BTech/BE/MCA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is requested.

The role is based out of Gurgaon, India and may require travel abroad. The benefits and compensation will be competitive with the industry.
CTC: 7-10 Lacs (as per the industry Norms) (negotiable)
