| A leading property developer is seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst who will be reporting to the MIS Manager.
Skills set required
• Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in programming & system analysis.
• Excellent knowledge in ASP.NET & VB.NET
• Excellent knowledge in SQL Server 2005
• Knowledge in UML is an advantage
• Must have problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop functional specifications.
• Ability to work on problems of limited scope and conduct analysis of business processes
• Ability to work independently to complete project activities; Start from requirement study to testing and implementation.
• Possess initiative to address issues and opportunities
• Must have strong English language skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Good Documentation skills.
• Flexible and able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
• Should be a good team player
• Should be very proactive.
Job Description
• Develop/Program application in ASP.Net/SQL Server as per the industry standard and with highest possible quality.
• Develop/program desktop applications in VB.Net/SQL Server in specific business requirements.
• Maintain source codes as per the industry standard.
• Prepare test script and test the application as per the industry standard.
• Should be proactive in all aspect of providing technical/business solution to our business clients(i.e. other departments)
• Liaise with business process owners and understand the business requirements
• Document business requirements as per the standard set by the organization
• Help the line manager to resolve business/technical problems.
• Help the line manager to prepare training material, user manual and train the users.
• Help the line manager to evaluate products and come-up with technical solutions.
• Help the line manager to liaise with vendors.
