| Teach pastry and bakery practicum along with some theory lectures to Hotel and Tourism Management undergraduate students. You will join an international program with an international faculty. Practicums take place in our restaurant d’application and will focus on pastry. Language of instruction is English. You will also be in charge of the operations of the kitchen and restaurant d’application. Working hours are from Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm. |
