| Responsibilities:
Answers customers phone requests on orders for delivery.
Assist customers in their delivery orders & inquiries & other information on the product line.
The job is a 24/7 shifting schedule aimed for total delivery services/solutions to our clients.
Establish a maintain a very good customer assistance for superb customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 to 28 years of age, male or female.
With happy disposition in life.
Must have excellent English communication and listening skills
Must have great desire to learn and grow
Can stand night shift, graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
Fresh graduates, undergraduates and part timers are welcome to apply
Can provide excellent customer service and with great phone handling skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Understands daily requirement of hitting performance targets.
Proficient in computer applications.
Call center experience is an advantage but not a requirement. |
