| Objectives:
- To provide focus team leadership through experienced staff managing, motivating techniques, resolving problems and mediating conflict to ensure group efficiency.
- To ensure projects are delivered within schedule commitment.
- To implement project communication and oversight.
- To ensure roadmap execution occurs successfully during define timeless.
- To understand and apply basic agile development principles such as XP or SCRUM.

- To develop mechanism for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team and line management.
- Take projects from stakeholder signoff to live by managing the implementation process in partnership with engineering, utilizing agile development methodologies where appropriate.
- Evaluate work standard and performance.
- Work with individual team members to define and document project scope, break project down into individual user stories, develop and maintain projects budget and report project status and cost to management and to ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continually monitor, evaluate and communicate project risk, issues, scopes, time line and provide guidance according to team members.
- Work directly with engineering to serve as the user representative in agile methodology and champion the user experience.
- Perform initial review against product user stories UI designs.
- Ensure that products will delight our users and are built to the design.
- Coordinate issue resolution with project owners during project implementation phase as needed.
- Schedule routine review with management of high level project in progress.
- Oversee the development of UI and art for project as needed.
Education:
- Require a broad knowledge of data processing, business administration and business system embracing financial and manufacturing, planning operations and system control.
- Familiarity of system and methods techniques and related electronic data processing techniques, equipment and applications.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
- 3 years
- certification in various software applications
- Leadership - inspiring others to create a vision and strive to achieve the goals.
- Good Communication - ability to provide valuable information related to the project status in a timely and effective manner.
- Conflict Resolutions Skills - assisting in resolution of any project conflicts so that the project team members all feel part of the process and want to remain involve in the project.

- Team Building - assist the team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities on the project and work collaboratively.
- Listening Skills - using good listening skills to truly hear and try to understand what others on the project are trying to say.
- Relationship Management - capable of working with all levels within the organization by building relationship with them.
- Ability to influence without having authority
- To hope for the best but prepare for the worst
- Posses core competencies in project related fields and business management
- Persuasion techniques- influencing without direct authority and obtaining win-win situations.
- Generosity – share the glory, share knowledge and don’t blame others
