CAI-STA was formed to further service its growing demands for better Information Technology services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies across the United States and Europe. It is a part of Solution Delivery Centers established by Computer Aid, Inc in order to provide world-class, value-added IT solutions to clients. CAI-STA has over 100 associates located in the Philippines, complimenting the more than 1,500 CAI associates located in the United States and Europe. The Associates are involved in maintenance and construction types of projects for the clients of CAI.
Position Requirements
- Strong Core Java and Object Oriented Design skills.
- Database relational design skills. Has to know the difference between a one-to-many and a many-to-many relationships. I fail them when they can’t answer this question (please don’t prep them).
- JDBC understanding
- Some documentation skills. Requirements, technical design, test plans, regression plans. Any of the above. |
