Personal Profile & Skills
Applicant should have Civil Engineering qualification with 3 years experience in building construction, carpentry, appliance maintenance & repair, mechanical, plumbing, heating, water systems, electrical systems & inspection procedures.
He should be computer literate and between the age of 25 and 35
Job Profile
Confers with architects, engineers, contractors, and other staff regarding maintenance projects such as progress reports, work evaluations and project details.
