| • Make sure the latest update documentation is used to make the sample. Check all the specification requirement on the sample before sending to the customer and before starting production;
• Check and approve factory technical instruction, hold the preproduction meeting to analyze the key product characteristic and key process (based on customer comments) need to be controlled in production; record the PP meeting minute to follow in production;
• Approve the trims cards for all styles/colors before starting production. Update the packing instruction from MD and approve the packing sample for factory to pack. Check and approve all the pattern makers for factory;
• Follow up the sample submission schedule and approve to TOP, RACK samples before sending to customers. Do the first piece inspection, compare to the PP meeting minute to make sure the improvement being taken in production;
• Control the key products and processes, record and analyze the improvement through in-line record. Solve the daily quality issues at factory;
• Review the quality inspection processes at factory to make sure that the requirements from customer are being followed;
• Monitor the compliance with requirements for some key processes: Heat seal, printing, bonding pocket weld, etc., Monitor the cutting panel inspection process. Weekly Quality report. Other job assigned by Manager.

- College graduate, majored in related field preferably.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 03 years experience in related field.
