We require Dept.heads in the following disciplines to join us in Koh Lanta in July/August of 2008.
-FO Manager or Supervisor
-Exec.housekeeper
-Restaurant Manager
-Executive Chef (Expat)
-Sous-Chef (Thai)
-Engineer
Also required are;
* GSAs
*F&B service staff
*Kitchen brigade
* maids
* engineers
* gardeners
Must be able to live in an island environment, be flexible and collegial. Only non-smokers may apply.
