Work requires a high degree of teamwork, coordination with customer departments, independent judgment, and initiative. Work also requires understanding and assumption of total responsibility for assigned systems and applications, including new system development, maintenance and upgrades to existing systems, and the ability to create complete application packages for end users including quality documentation. The ability to mentor your team-members and be mentored is critical. Assist with technical standards, assessing the customer's technical environment, communicating critical technical issues, and specifying requirements and constraints for design and implementation. Must be proficient at translating the business process into technical requirements, including defining how the applications interact with each other, with the databases, and with external vendors or objects to provide an integrated solution. Preferred candidate will have object-oriented expertise and knowledge of industry standard development methodologies. Considerable knowledge of systems and programming techniques in an interactive N-Tier environment using Adobe Web Development Products, ASP in a Microsoft .net 2.0 Framework, IIS, XML, AJAX, Java Script, HTML, CSS, and MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005. Experience in SharePoint and PhotoShop a plus. Ability to work harmoniously with project leads, technical staff, other departments, and contractors.

Skills:

Bachelors of Science Degree required in Information Technology or equivalent experience plus three (3) years progressive knowledge in a software development environment.
