| To set up a new API’s (Bulk drugs) manufacturing plant at Ambernath MIDC as per ICH guidelines and for obtaining the US FDA certification. To start the working from the design conceptualization stage.To negotiate with every Supplier / Contractor for the project.To identify the exact equipment requirements and narrow down the specifications.To start the project work from Civil stage and upto plant commisioniong.To create the documentation system compliant with ICH guidelines.To implement automation using SKADA systems.To supervise the Electrical, mechanical, HVac system designing, erection & commissioning.To execute the whole project in time and in a cost effective manner. |
