This position will be located near Tartu or Tallinn, Estonia.
Westat is currently seeking an experienced study coordinator with in-depth knowledge of managing clinical trials and following the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations guiding clinical research. The primary role for this position will be to assist in the overall coordination and administration of a research study and to ensure the accuracy of case reporting and regulatory documentation. Responsibilities include assisting the Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator in coordinating all aspects of clinical trials including patient screening and recruitment; coordination of the research patients' care; protocol implementation; data collection and query resolution; submission to the Institutional Review Board (IRB); facilitation of clinical trial agreement execution; assistance with account management of research funds and budget reviews; correspondence with study sponsors and Federal regulatory agencies for research; and document preparation for site audits. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health science with at least 3 years of applicable postdegree experience.
Must speak fluent English and Russian.
