The first assignment is the management of a 23-man team for the provision of Engineering Design services for a subsea manifold production system. Herewith, a summary of the Engineering Design Scope of Work: 3.1 The Contractor shall review the conceptual design and perform the detail design of the Manifold Module Foundation Support Structure and Suction Piles and Pile Top Assemblies and optionally Manifold Mounted Hydraulic Distribution Units and Production Well Jumpers (hereinafter referred to as the "WORKS"), performing all necessary studies, for the safe fabrication and installation of the WORKS. Contractor shall perform safety reviews, technical audits i.e. Hazop, Hazid, etc, evaluate technical quotation responses and prepare the technical content of purchase order/contract packages for enquiry and award by Company for the timely procurement of goods and materials, and the fabrication and installation of the WORKS. 3.2 Contractor shall ensure that the engineering design WORK for the construction of the WORKS is in strict accordance with all applicable laws and, regulations, codes and standards to the extent applicable to the WORKS of this type and as set out in Schedule K. 3.3 Contractor shall design the WORKS and perform and prepare all: * calculations * investigations and studies * computer analysis, * drawings, * data sheets * offshore work packs for installation of equipment, * schedules and indexes, * supplier data requirements lists * supplier inspection check lists * weight reports and any other data or document and WORK required for the procurement of materials, fabrication, installation, hook up, testing, pre-commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the WORKS.
