| Our Client is a leading international environmental consultancy with offices worldwide. Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waste Consultant to join their Bristol team.
Our client provides a wide range of services to both local authorities and waste management organizations. These include early, conceptual strategic assessments right through to project implementation. One such area is in emerging new technologies and assisting local authorities in developing waste disposal and collection strategies to meet their targets under schemes such as the landfill allocation trading scheme targets.
As a Senior Waste Consultant you will work on a range of projects including local authority contracts and schemes for waste management and utility companies. 3-5 years experience with experience of working on waste technology projects is preferred. Ideally you will also have procurement, technical due diligence and assessment experience and either a chemical or mechanical engineering background. More junior applicants may also be considered.
In addition, we are also looking for waste management or environmental engineering graduates fresh from university as consultants with a similar job spec.
