| Our client, an award winning environmental and engineering consultancy is in need of qualified and experienced Land Contamination Consultants in locations all over the UK.
If you have experience in some or all of the following, please contact us.
• Phase 1 desk studies: (Site history studies; Walk over on site; Produced CSMs; Preliminary Qualitative Risk Assessment (RA); Report writing phase 1)
• Supervised Phase 2 site investigations: (Knowledge of BS 5930 and BS 10175; Working Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) using models such as CLEA UK, SNIFFER, ConSim, P20; Phase 2 report writing)
• Analysis and interpretation of hydro geological tests including pumping tests, and packer tests, as well as, field supervision of drilling, monitoring well installation, soil, gas and groundwater sampling, monitoring, assessment and reporting.
• Remediation Action Plan (RAP); Design and supervision contaminated land remedial works; Geotechnical appraisals and foundation design
• CDM Regulations and preparation of Health and Safety Plans for site works
• GIS data management and analysis
• Hazardous waste classifications
• Understanding of UK legislative framework
• Member of Professional institutions, or chartership
• Experience of undertaking commercial tender preparing and proposal writing
Consultant: Min 2 years experience
Senior: 3-5 Years experience
Principle Consultant: 6-8 years experience.
Associate Director: 10 years plus
