| Our client, a prestigious Company, and a subsidiary of a giant Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a topnotch OD & Training Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To lead and manage succession planning program in a way to ensure the availability of second line of management for critical jobs.
• To establish TOP DEVELOPMENT program that addresses the top performance and fast track employees including quality career development plans for them.
• To manage the implementation of Performance Management System and deploy it in across all Business Units
• To select best methods of identifying training needs and various ways to development (on-the-job training, reading, e-learning etc) by reviewing best practices and selecting the most appropriate methods in order to ensure needs are accurately identified and addressed.
• To continuously assess and improve the framework of Managerial & Functional Competencies in alignment with different functions heads.
• To ensure proper analysis is carried out on output from implementing development methods (results, ratings, etc) for the purpose of identifying development gaps and to ensure employees are developed in line with company needs.
• All development activities are evaluated for impact by applying training evaluation techniques to ensure the organization gets a clear return on investment.
• To assist the Head of HR in implementing corporate OD objectives e.g Ethics & Values, management competencies by developing implementation plans and following these up in order to ensure the Company utilizes common corporate tools and applies initiatives.
• To ensure that policy & procedures related to OD&T area are clearly established and communicated to concerned managers in line with the Foods Sector guidelines.

| Skills: |
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 7 years experience in a large organization, working on arrange of OD & T initiatives including training, design & delivery of training, change management
• Fluent English & Arabic
• IT Skills – Microsoft
