| The position of Operations Analyst will analyze opportunities and assist in the development of strategic and tactical plans aimed at achieving operational milestones and success. This position will assist the insurance partners and Operation Directors in setting priorities based on profitability and projected outcomes. |
| Skills: |
Responsible for operational analysis of partner (marketing source and carrier) performance.
Analysis of consumer experience.
Monitoring, analyzing platform issues, funnel metrics, project cost/benefit and post implementation.
Forecasting of operational metrics such as partner sales, quote request and completion, conversion, cancels and retention.
Work closely with internal departments to identify processes that will make the Company and its partners more efficient.
Work with the Operations team to understand how platform performance will change over time which will allow for better resource planning, organizational goal creation and partner pricing.
Building and analyzing the results of experiments with multiple variables to determine what combinations of marketing and operations changes would be most beneficial to implement.
Maintain department reports and recommend creation of new tracking reports.
Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Finance or Statistics preferred.
1-3 years experience, insurance background a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical background and ability.
Proven ability to take results of analysis and reach conclusions independently.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Proven ability to interact with multiple levels and types of personnel.
Computer/Internet proficiency including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Advanced Excel skills required.
SQL required.
