| Looking for SAP Project Manager.
Work Location:Saudi(for minimum 8 months)
1.For Implementation:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be part of the project as project manager from kick off to closure.
Be able to demonstrate command/expertise in the following areas:
Effort estimation
Project preparation activities
Kick off /Initiation techniques
Stakeholder analysis
Blueprinting – GAP analysis and handling
Realisation – Major tasks
UT and ISRT cycles
Final preparation
Cut over strategy
Checks before go-live
Thumb rules for assessing user readiness
Post go-live support
Issues faced and strategies used to stabilize the system
Checks and controls used for assessing system stabilization
2.For Support:
Be able to demonstrate the command in handling support engagement in either onsite OR offshore OR combination mode
Be able to demonstrate command/expertise in the following areas:
Estimation techniques in support projects
Functional support – L1, L2 , L3 level support
Technical support – FRICE, BASIS
Metrics used in measurement of support level
CSAT measurement criteria and methodology
Issue log – tracking and MIS generation
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, qualrterly MIS
Review mechanism
Escalation mechanism

| Skills: |
1. For Implementation:
Min 1 end to end implementation experience. Should have been involved from the beginning of the project i.e pre-sales effort.
2.For Support;
Min 1 year in support project as project manager. Also should have handled 1 end to end project atleast from realization phase
