| As an Oracle Applications Functional consultant, the responsibilities include effective delivery/implementation of oracle Distribution modules of Oracle Release 11i e-Business suite, in order to provi de an integrated information system solution. Position responsibilities include: Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation.
Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which includes integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment. - Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the d elivery of quality client deliverables.
Interface with middle and senior level executives at the client site to develop client "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and ad dress specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation.
Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".

| Skills: |
Should ideally have a degree in BE/BTech/ME/Mtech from a reputed University.
Should have 3-4 years of working experience in the Discrete Manufacturing Industries and should have atleast 2 full cycle implementations with extensive experience in Oracle Distribution modules (Purchasing, Order Management, shipping, Advanced pricing, incentive compensation, inventory,iPRocurement, Warehouse Management etc). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems. - Experience working in an Oracle Finan cials and SCM environment |
