| Position open with a CMM Level 5 MNC.
As an Oracle Applications Functional consultant, the responsibilities include effective delivery/implementation of oracle HRMS modules of Oracle Release 11i e-Business suite, in order to provide an in tegrated information system solution. Position responsibilities include: Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis , System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation. - Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which includes integrat ing the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment. - Assist, coach, and mentor other en gagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions. - Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality client deliverables. - Interface with middle and senior level executives at the client site to develop client "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and address sp ecific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation. - Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".

1 End to end implementation.
Skills Required:
Should ideally have a Masters degree from a reputed University.
Should have 3-4 years of working experience in the functional area (HR functions) and should have atleast 2 full
cycle implementations with extensive experience in HRMS and payroll modules (Core HR, SSHR, Advanced Benefits,Payroll, Fast Formulas, Taxation, Lesgislation Rules, Salary Process, Loss of Pay Process, Allowances, Bonus, Compensation Work bench, Configuration). He should be able to write fast formula and functions.
Should be aware of Post payroll process.
Techno Functional consultant will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
